Water Still

The Water Still is easy to use, safe to operate and designed for trouble free continues operation. The unit consists of horizontal Heat Resistance Borosilicate Glass Boilers, Condensers and metal Heater.

Borosilicate Distillation Units
Supertek Glass Distillation Unit continues to be the most effective, efficient means of producing ultra-pure water for a variety of laboratory uses. It consists Borosilicate boilers & condensers, and quartz heaters. The advantages of quartz heaters over metal heaters are that they do not react with acids and water during cleaning or at high temperatures. They are also simple to assemble and disassemble.

Distillation Apparatus Power Supply (DAPS): The unit powers off heaters if water level falls below heating coil, thus safeguarding heaters. When water level is restored, distillation resumes.

Automatic Water Distillation Equipment (Cabinet Model)
Supertek’s fully automatic water distillation equipment and can be used in research laboratories, hospitals etc. This apparatus is equipped with safety features to simplify and enhance the distillation process.It is manufactured from 3.3 exp borosilicate glass.
Features:
- Replaceable silica sheathed quartz heater
- Powder coated chamber for rust free operation
- The condenser’s cooling water is re-circulated into the boiling chamber, hence saving energy
- Boiler is provided with replaceable constant level device for easy draining and cleaning
- Gate valve: conserves cooling water wastage in case of power failure
- Flow switch: unit will shut off in case of cooling water failure
- Temperature switch: shuts off the unit if temperature rises than set value in the boiler
- Unit will shut off if water level in the boiler falls below the heater
- Reservoir level sensor: this helps in automatic working of the water distillation equipment Depending on the water level in the reservoir it will automatically switch on/off the equipment
- The front cover is easily removable making the access to the glass parts very easy

Supertek mono quartz distillers are compact and made of high purity quartz, so they meet the requirements of research, and industrial laboratories that require distilled water free of metallic ions and bacteria.
Boiler is made of high-purity quartz and condenser is of quartz/borosilicate material. The unit mounted on a power coated metal stand. Fiber glass insulated wire and silicone rubber boot resist high temperature.
