It consists Borosilicate boilers & condensers, and quartz heaters. The advantages of quartz heaters over metal heaters are that they do not react with acids and water during cleaning or at high temperatures. They are also simple to assemble and disassemble.

Note: Distilled water is free from metal ions and bacteria. Hence it is difficult to measure pH and conductivity values. Use of soft water is recommended to prevent scaling in the boiler and to improve quality of distillate.

Accessories (Optional)

Distillation Apparatus Power Supply (DAPS): The unit powers off heaters if water level falls below heating coil, thus safeguarding heaters. When water level is restored, distillation resumes.
